The Details
I am able to work with you to get your tasks done. Small or large jobs I can help you out. Jobs can be set up as labour only. Time plus materials or I can quote a job in its entirety. I do like to provide an estimate based on worst case projections so that there are no surprises for yourself or me.
Typically I like to review the job and have a visual inspection before quoting on larger projects. If you have a small item that needs repair then a simple text conversation with a few pictures is a helpful start.
I work Monday to Friday in a typical week, but if you need to meet on a weekend I can usually accommodate that and setup work for the week.
I am fully insured for typical handyman tasks and I have years of homeowner experience to assist you.
